Rooted in the idea that coffee is an act of care, the campaign’s core message “For those who deserve gold” elevated the brand’s relevance and reinforced its place at the heart of Finnish coffee culture.

Kulta Katriina is one of Finland’s most iconic coffee brands, a beloved part of Finnish coffee culture since 1937. Through a bold brand and packaging refresh, our goal was to reignite Finns’ love for high-quality coffee and remind us of what the brand name means.

Approach

Finnish coffee culture is unique. Coffee is often a rewarding moment of pleasure. And when someone else makes that cup for you, even the simplest occasion can become meaningful.

Whether it’s a first meeting or a lifelong journey together, coffee can express care and appreciation. The brand name carries “Kulta” meaning “gold” which symbolizes both the name and the quality it represents.
